Sarah EDE, BSc, MRes

Senior Business Analyst

Sarah is the CEO of Brighter Connect. She’s a certified Senior Business Analyst (BA), a certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with verse experience in both Waterfall and Agile projects, Business Change and Consulting, GDPR, Project Management and IT Systems Integration. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Exeter and a Master’s degree from the University of Bath. Competent in teaching, coaching and delivering business and management training across multinationals. Her industry experience span across Financial Services, Biopharma, Telecommunication, Consulting and the NHS. She’s worked across various industries like Biopharmaceutical giant- AstraZeneca, global Consulting & Telco Media giant like NTT Data Consulting  & TalkTalk, and for Software Engineering firm like- The Mont Consulting. She’s well traveled across the UK, USA, Europe and Africa.

Michael EDE, BSc, DipIT, MBA

Senior Project Manager

Michael is currently the Director of Training for Brighter Connect. He’s the CEO of Maigmike Consulting- privately owned Business & Management Consulting firm. A customer-centric Senior Management SAP Consultant who is a certified PRINCE2, certified Scrum Master (CSM), certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), certified SAFe Scrum Master 4.5 + Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). He’s a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master/Release Manager/ Delivery Lead with over 15 years of experience managing, teaching, coaching and delivering technology projects across various industries including; Biopharma, Consulting, Financial Services- Banking (Investment Banking/Compliance/Risk/Regulatory/Insurance/Retail/Capital Markets), and the NHS. Verse knowledge in applying Waterfall techniques and Agile methodologies- SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD deliveries. He’s also an MBA graduate from MMU Business School who has worked with multinationals like Consulting giant-Capgemini UK Plc, Biopharmaceutical giant- AstraZeneca, global financial institutions like- HSBC, Barclays, Bank of Ireland (BoI), Lloyds Banking Group(LBG), Santander, RBS, Lehman Brothers and The Mont Consulting- software Engineering company. He’s well traveled across the UK, USA, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Bhupinder Pannu

Trainer

Mr. Pannu, is an accomplished, recognised expert, and individual in delivery excellence space driving DevOps projects using lean & Agile ITSM with approximately two decade long career and experience at major multinationals.

Practicing leader on DevOps, Lean & Six Sigma in ITSM and is passionate about developing core competencies of people interested in process development, deployment & improvement to continually bring efficiency. He has successfully implemented services using these concepts in various organizations & processes in India, Malaysia, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, United States and other countries across domains like IT & ITES.

Has the credit of training staff including middle and senior management personnel in Lean, Balanced Score Card, CMM, Blue Ocean Vs Red Ocean Strategy, Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, Project Management, DevOps, Managing Programs and Risks, ITIL, COBIT, QMS, Agile & Agile ITSM.
