IT Business Analyst Location: London, United Kingdom Status: Position filled See Details IT Business Analyst Responsibilities: Gathering business requirements, analysing data/workflows and translating business needs into a PRD Author use cases/user stories, UML diagrams, process flows, data flows and other supporting requirement documentation to be utilised in an agile development environment Assist the PO in prioritising the requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups Analyse and transform business requirement into functional and technical requirements for product implementation Review business use cases and other technical documents with engineering team to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical design documents Recommends validation criteria, algorithms and protocols Work closely with the UX/UI team on the UX strategy of the Product Performs UAT/CAT and provides feedback to the product engineering team Documentation of business rules / functional requirements to support system enhancements Must Have Skills: Hands-on with business analysis concepts, data/process workflows creation Hands-on with requirements gathering, analysis and documentation Hands-on with prototyping and wireframe mocking tools Good understanding of SDLC, agile/scrum concepts Good understanding of business process modeling techniques Efficient Communication verbal and written Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills Strong documentation and presentation skills Ability to communicate with diverse groups of people inside and outside of the organisation Close Operations Manager Location: London, United Kingdom Status: Position filled See Details Operations Manager Responsibilities: Good email and conversation etiquette Good English writing and comprehension skills Experience working in an International market and ability to grasp foreign accent Basic knowledge of Google spreadsheets and Excel Identify Local / Outstation Trainers as per the schedule shared by the Workshop Managers Negotiate with trainers (without pushing too hard) for the best competitive rates . If required, engage with Trainers to create or customise course ware for a training. Schedule and plan training classes and other related events. Manage registration and logistics for course participants and instructors. Coordinate training partners and other third-party vendors for services delivery. Provide timely, superior service for inquiries related to Training & Certification services, whether from employees, customers, or partners. Recommend and promote appropriate services during every interaction to maximise enablement of customer and partner success and satisfaction. Prior work experience in sales, marketing, training coordination and/ or administration. Bachelors degree, ideally in business administration, marketing, or a related field. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to keep on top of multiple tasks in parallel. Ability to own and manage medium complexity projects and initiatives with aggressive timelines. Strong customer-centric thinking and service-oriented focus.
