Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.


We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Payment can be made directly via our website at the time of course booking by Credit/Debit card. All major Credit/Debit cards are accepted via our PayPal payment system.

If you prefer to pay directly into our business bank account, please call us on +44 203 488 4803 during business hours where you should be given a ref #. We do NOT accept cash payments in any shape or form.

Late Payment
Brighter Connect reserves the right to refuse course admission if payment has not been received prior to the course start date or by the invoice payable date.

Customer Cancellation/Transfer

No-Show Policy
Where Brighter Connect receives no cancellation notice from the course delegate prior to the start of the course, and the delegate does not attend the training, the following will apply:

No refund of the course fee will be made.
The option to transfer is not available and a new course booking will need to be made and paid for.

Substitution Policy
A substitute can be named up to 10 days prior to the course at no extra charge. The substitute must meet all course prerequisites as defined by Brighter Connect.

Transfer Policy
Brighter Connect understands that circumstances may occur which require the candidate to reschedule training to another Brighter Connect training course. All transfers must be confirmed by email and fees may be applied. Please confirm with the Brighter Connect team.

Cancellation Policy
Brighter Connect strictly advice that candidates take time to read this policy section carefully to avoid any disappointment as regards payments. All cancellations must be confirmed by email and the following fees will apply immediately.

Numbers of weeks prior to course start date Charge that applies:

More than 4 weeks- No charge
2-4 weeks- 50% of total course fee
1-2 weeks- 75% of total course fee
Less than 1 week- 100% of total course fee will be charged (no refund)

Cancellation And Alterations To Course Contents, Dates, Venue And Trainer
Brighter Connect reserves the right to cancel or change any public or in-house course and undertakes to provide reasonable notice of the cancellation or change except in the case of an emergency. The candidates will be entitled to a refund of fees paid to Brighter Connect in the event of a cancellation or significant change in venue, but shall not otherwise be entitled to compensation or costs or damages arising from such a cancellation or change. We will do our best to accommodate candidates on to a suitable alternative course/date.

Brighter Connect will do a refund on fees paid according to Section 4. If payment for the course was originally made by credit card, any refund due will be made back to the same card. If payment for the course was made by another method, the refund will be made by direct bank transfer.

Fees, Card Charges And Receipts
Payment made towards our courses will cover tuition on the day(s), all relevant course materials, lunch/refreshments, our LIVE project access and online support for 3 months, and our ongoing career support and CV prep.

Brighter Connect will be responsible for covering any credit card charges arising from use of the online registration system. However, in the event of a cancellation, these fees may be passed on to the Candidate.

Registration of Courses, ROCs
Brighter Connect registration of courses include venue details, course start/finish times and course trainer details. These are sent within 24 hours of registration. Please check you mobile phone for SMS or check your email for the ROCs and if you have not received them please contact us by calling or emailing us. Please see page below for contact details.

All Brighter Connect course materials including graphics, code, software, audio, music and design is owned by Brighter Connect Limited. No content, in whole or in part, of the Brighter Connect materials may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, linked to, or used in any way without the prior written permission of Brighter Connect. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the copyright and other intellectual property rights of Brighter Connect, or in the case of material licensed to Brighter Connect, the owner of the materials.

Brighter Connect is NOT a training institute and as such, does not issue any certificates to course delegates. All training with certification exams will be conducted through the designated bodies accordingly on payment of the accepted fees. What we do is to provide work experience opportunities for individuals desiring Careers in IT. They will work on our LIVE Projects to enable them have a hands on industry experience which is key to their career development.

Brighter Connect courses are geared toward preparing such individuals to work as interns for our sister company- Maigmike Consulting. Our practices are IT industry standard and do mirror current IT practices.

Early Bird – Brighter Connect offers a discount for candidates registering and paying at least 4 weeks prior to the course start date. Please see website for current prices. Discounts and Special Offers (coupon) are at the discretion of Brighter Connect and can be withdrawn at any time.

Previous Candidate Discount – Brighter Connect offers previous Brighter Connect Candidate a discount of up to 5-10% off selected future courses booked by the same candidate. Please enquire for details.
